The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series is unlike any other postpartum class out there in YYC.

This class takes all the most important evidence about core health, pelvic floor health and helps New Mama’s integrate proper alignment and proper core function with movement. This series is about training for life with baby, connecting with yourself and other Mamas on a deeper level and learning to fuel your body well for the demands of Motherhood.

Birth Fit!

BIRTHFIT is a movement. The BIRTHFIT postpartum series is about supporting Women in the Motherhood transition physically, mentally and spiritually. Whether newly postpartum or wisely postpartum, this program is for you. Learn effective and efficient movement patterns to help heal your core and pelvic floor postpartum. Learn how to safely integrate these movements into your life, weight training and fitness classes while continuing to increase pelvic floor and core strength.

This is the first time the BIRTHFIT movement has come to Canada. Dr. Jennifer Teasdale, BIRTHFIT YYC Regional Director, Chiropractor, Yoga and Spin Instructor will be leading the 1st ever Canadian BIRTHFIT postpartum series.

Classes start May 15 - June 7th
