BIRTHFIT is a movement. The BIRTHFIT postpartum series is about supporting Women in the Motherhood transition physically, mentally and spiritually. Whether newly postpartum or wisely postpartum, this program is for you. Learn effective and efficient movement patterns to help heal your core and pelvic floor postpartum. Learn how to safely integrate these movements into your life, weight training and fitness classes while continuing to increase pelvic floor and core strength.

This is the first time the BIRTHFIT movement has come to Canada. Dr. Jennifer Teasdale, BIRTHFIT YYC Regional Director, Chiropractor, Yoga and Spin Instructor will be leading the 1st ever Canadian BIRTHFIT postpartum series.
Classes start May 15 - June 7th
